Whether you’re an athlete on the field or work behind a desk, the psychological benefits of belonging to a team are undeniable. The effects vary from one’s own sense of self to overall mental health, but are nevertheless positive. Your £1,000 experience voucher will be redeemable at Red Letter Days (redletterdays.co.uk). We will deliver your voucher to your email address within 72 hours of you confirming that you have acknowledged your win.
