This is a great post! You’re right, I’ve seen funny slogans boost t-shirt sales exponentially.
On a sidenote business t-shirt success could probably also be dependent upon what the business’s goals are for that particular tee.
For ex. if you’re a tech firm you might just want your corporate tees to engender a feeling of community or belonging to something bigger to yourself.
Whereas if you are a company that has high in-store traffic your goal might be to have a t-shirt that your audience identifies with.
