1. Eligibility:
   1.1. The competition is organised by Clothes2order Ltd and is open to those aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
   1.2. Employees of Clothes2order, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
   1.3. The competition is void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter:
2.1. To enter the competition, participants must:
– Wear Clothes2order gear.
– Take a group photo showcasing team spirit.
– Share the photo with us @clothes2order on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram).
– Tag the photo with #TeamSpirit.
– Ensure the entry complies with the respective social media platform’s terms of service.
2.2. Multiple entries from the same team are allowed, but each entry must be a unique photo.
2.3. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM BST on 31st August 2024.
2.4. Entries must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
2.5. Entrants must own the rights to the submitted photo and ensure it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
3. Competition Period:
3.1. The competition starts at 9:00 AM BST on 16th July 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM BST on 31st August 2024.
4. Prize:
   4.1. The prize is a £1,000 voucher to spend at Red Letter Days [redletterdays.co.uk] for an experience based in the UK.
   4.2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
   4.3. Clothes2order reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
   4.4. Any tax liability arising from the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
   5.1. The winner will be chosen at random by a panel from the Clothes2order team.
   5.2. The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry within 14 days of the competition closing date.
   5.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Clothes2order reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
   5.4. The selected winner will be contacted for follow-up discussions to showcase their story and journey. This will include, but not be limited to, photography and public sharing of how they have used their voucher across Clothes2order’s marketing channels.
   5.5. The winner’s name will be publicly announced on Clothes2order’s social media channels and website.
6. Publicity:
6.1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6.2. The winner agrees to the use of their name, image, and entry in any publicity material related to the competition. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and the Clothes2order Privacy Policy, and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
7. General Conditions:
7.1. Clothes2order reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
7.2. Clothes2order is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
7.3. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
7.4. Clothes2order reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability:
   8.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, Clothes2order, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Data Protection and Privacy:
9.1. Entrants agree that any personal data submitted with an entry may be used, stored, and shared by Clothes2order for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Clothes2order Privacy Policy. The data will be retained for a period necessary to administer the competition and fulfill any promotional obligations.
